In this full-time role, you'll utilize your 2-3 years of culinary experience to prepare high-quality dishes, supervise kitchen staff, and create innovative recipes. Your expertise will ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests, including those with dietary restrictions. This position also involves training new hires and overseeing kitchen operations to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and instruct kitchen team in food preparation • Create and develop new recipes and cooking techniques • Requisition food supplies and estimate costs • Ensure food meets quality and safety standards • Train new staff in food handling and preparation

Requirements:• 2 to 3 years of relevant restaurant experience • High school graduation certificate required • Must be physically capable of demanding tasks • Strong communication and leadership skills • Willing to work in a kitchen environment with heat and humidity
