Enhance physiotherapy practices at Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, BC. The Practice Support role empowers you to establish clinical standards and improve patient care across Island Health. In this position, you will report to the Manager and collaborate with regional Coordinator, Therapy Services. Your focus will be on establishing and implementing practice standards for inpatient and outpatient Physiotherapists using educational strategies. This role may involve travel, ensuring effective mentorship and support to advance physiotherapy practices throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement practice standards for physiotherapists Provide individual and regional clinical support across Island Health Create educational materials and implement learning strategies Foster a coaching and mentorship culture within teams Travel as required to meet operational needs Requirements: Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university Current registration with CPTBC Three years of relevant experience in practice support Eligible for CPA membership Valid Class 5 Driver's License Contribute to patient care and physiotherapy excellence through team-oriented practice support at Royal Jubilee Hospital.
