In this position, you will drive New Product Introduction (NPI) by sourcing technical materials that ensure quality and timely delivery. Youll interface with engineering, manufacturing, and global suppliers, utilizing your negotiation and problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges. Your contributions will help create innovative products while fostering solid supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities: • Source and evaluate suppliers based on key performance metrics • Collaborate with Engineering for early supplier onboarding • Review BOMs and identify supply risks effectively • Lead RFQs while negotiating pricing and terms • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly

Requirements: • 3–5 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or Business • Experience with NPI and electronic components • Strong negotiation and analytical abilities • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
