PwC Canada is sourcing for two (x2) Secret (Level II) security cleared, Senior Oracle Application Developer, Consultants.

Role: Senior Oracle Application Developer, Consultant

Duration: ASAP - March 31, 2026, plus optional extension(s), on this multi-year contract

Level of Effort (LoE): Full-Time

Location: Ottawa, and Hybrid

Security Clearance: Secret (Level II) (MANDATORY)

Project Description: PwC Canadas SAP Practice is preparing for an upcoming requirement for two (x2) Secret (Level II) security cleared, Senior Oracle Application Developer Consultants, to act as a part of the PwC Canadas Project Team on an ongoing project with our Canadian Federal Government client, supporting their in-house legacy system enhancement activities, based on the current application stack.

Mandatory Prerequisites:

• Active security clearance, issued by the Canadian Federal Government, at Secret (Level II).
• Offering a minimum of ten years (120 months) of career/project experience as a Senior Oracle Application Developer Consultant.

The eligibles candidate resume must provide experience performing the following tasks and duties:

• Experience with PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, triggers, and data‑processing logic to support business rules, data manipulation, and integration requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Forms Builder 12c, including user interface updates, form enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Experience with Oracle Reports Builder 12c, including report development, updates, layout modifications, and maintenance of existing reporting components.
