Take charge of logistics and project coordination at our pharmaceutical company. In this role, you'll oversee shipment management and project progress while fostering key stakeholder relationships. As a Logistics and Project Coordinator, you will report to the Senior CMC Project Manager and play a critical role in maintaining GMP product inventory. Your responsibilities span coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, and expanding project management efforts. You will support project planning and budget tracking while ensuring compliance with international shipping practices. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain inventory of GMP products at contract manufacturers • Prepare and review shipping documents for timely shipments • Coordinate shipments with stakeholders and monitor progress • Support project planning and communication with stakeholders • Assist with budget tracking and project documentation Requirements: • 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field • Experience with international shipping practices • Familiarity with project management methodologies • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Enhance logistics and project coordination efforts while ensuring compliance and collaboration in our pharmaceutical workplace.
