Elder Care Provider Victoria

Our Dad is 90 and has dementia, requiring progressively more home support. His dementia has progressed lately and he now requires assistance with personal hygiene and toileting. The position would require a caregiver who has experience with dementia, can help with walking and lifting or lowering him. It also entails meal planning and preparation, housekeeping and companionship duties like walks and outings with his non-shedding dog. Our Dad has medical professionals that come to the house whenever a medical issue arises. The job location is in Oak Bay near Anderson Hill park. We are looking for caregivers to fill a summer vacation time over 7 weeks and continue on with us afterwards. FROM JULY 4-AUG 21 we are looking to fill the following hours with 2 caregivers. Mon-Fri: 8am-9pm. Our preference would be as follows: - Caregiver 1: Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm - Caregiver 2: Mon-Fri from 4pm-9pm FROM AUG 21st ONWARD, we are looking to fill the following hours: - Mon-Fri: 2 - 9pm Please apply to whichever hours work for you.
