JOB DESCRIPTION Welcome and greet medical patients, private surgical patients and visitors in person and on the telephone Registers new patient and update existing patients’ demographics by collecting detailed patient information Triages incoming faxes and sets up new consultations for patients. Schedule patient appointments in person and by telephone using Accuro Electronic Medical Record (EMR) program Scan documents to EMR system. Processes payments accurately. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Attention to detail, multi-tasking, flexibility, telephone skills, time management, organization Experience with Accuro EMR an asset but not required, well versed in use of computer, MS Office etc Medical Office or direct customer service experience an asset Interest in medical spa, cosmetic procedures, and skin care Willing to learn and act as a team player in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Permanent, Full time Pay: From $21.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5m4t
