How you will contribute to collective success: - Support production by running dairy case machines and executing shipping and receiving warehouse tasks. - Working in a cooler environment, duties will include assisting the department in the day-to-day activities. The type of team player who fits with the team: - You need to have a student status to apply on this position. - Class One highly preferred - Warehouse experience in a Cooler/Freezer environment preferred - Qualified to operate mobile equipment including swing reach forklift, reach truck forklift and pallet jack preferred - Able to work with and without direct supervision - Ability to work independently, take initiative and be an active team member - Ability to maintain a clean and secure workplace - Good written and oral communication skills - Must be able to record and maintain all records and other documentation - Able to organize, coordinate and prioritize work to ensure efficiency - Physically fit with a good attendance and personal safety record Experience with inventory counts and control procedures preferred - Our Victoria, BC plant is home to about 180 employees in one of Canada’s most beautiful cities.
