Duties - Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for use - Assist with meal preparation and food handling as directed by the kitchen staff - Support food service operations by maintaining a clean work area and assisting with basic food prep tasks - Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures - Help with inventory management by storing supplies properly and notifying management of stock needs - Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas throughout shifts - Support the team during busy periods by performing various kitchen helper duties as assigned Experience - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required - Knowledge of cooking, meal preparation, and food handling is advantageous - Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards is beneficial - Experience in the food industry or related roles will help in understanding the fast-paced nature of the work - No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for all essential duties This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food service industry while working in a dynamic team environment.
