Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) (Victoria)

Position Overview We are seeking a seasonal Customer Service Representative to support our online order operations during the summer season. This role focuses on processing online customer orders and ensuring an excellent customer experience from order placement through fulfillment. The successful candidate will work on-site and assist with all aspects of the online ordering and warehouse process. Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. This is an ideal opportunity for students seeking summer employment. Key Responsibilities - Process online customer orders accurately and efficiently - Communicate with customers by phone, email, text, and in person - Provide outstanding customer service and support - Follow up on customer orders and resolve requests promptly - Receive and process payments (cash, cheque, credit card, or account) - Promote products, features, and clearance items - Accurately fill customer orders - Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the branch - Report backorders and material discrepancies - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable using computers and online systems - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Experience with Office 365 and online applications is an asset About the Role Customer Service Representatives use a variety of technical tools, including modern business information systems, Office 365, and online applications to support customers effectively.
