In this remote position, you will support the Learning Design Team at RaceRocks, working with Subject Matter Experts and project teams to develop impactful educational materials. Your role will involve producing media-rich content and ensuring consistency in instructional design practices. Additionally, you'll have the chance to enhance your skills by working alongside experienced Learning Designers.

Key Responsibilities:• Support client training needs with effective designs • Collaborate to create clear and engaging lessons • Produce storyboards for eLearning courses • Create interactive content using eLearning tools • Test and evaluate training effectiveness in LMS

Requirements:• Minimum 1 year experience in educational technology • Demonstrated experience in online and blended learning • Strong communication skills with diverse teams • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Familiarity with instructional design principles
