As the Research Team Lead, you will work with the Associate Dean Research to develop processes that empower researchers in grant preparation and funding management. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate faculty-wide research administration and support services • Assist faculty in securing and managing research funding • Develop systems for proposal development and funding administration • Lead efforts for improving research administration practices • Serve as a liaison between faculty and university research units

Requirements:• Graduate degree and at least 3 years in research environment • Experience with research grant preparation and funding requirements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven leadership and team coordination abilities • Effective communication in reviewing complex documents
