Our landscape installation team works a 4 day week (10 hour days) What we're looking for: - Friendly and courteous personality - Reliable with good communication skills - Detail oriented - Desire to learn and to follow instruction - Can work on a team and give and receive constructive feedback - Class 5 license and experience driving a double axle truck - Physically fit - Ability to work outside in all weather conditions -At least 1 year of experience in landscape installation or hardscaping experience - Previous irrigation installation and repair experience (required) Duties and description: - Work in a team oriented environment to complete a weekly landscape maintenance schedule - Operate True Earth Landscapes vehicles, machinery and tools safely and as required - Communicate with customers politely and bring concerns to the production manager - Receive training and feedback as necessary - Opportunity for advancement and higher wages for skilled Team Members who want to grow with our company.
