Job Summary Wet Coast Drainage Solutions is one of Victoria’s premier drainage company’s and looking to add to its crew. Many aspects of the job are cross trained meaning there is generally going to be a variety of different tasks throughout the day. We are looking for laborers which duties will primarily include digging, wheel barrel work, foundation damp proofing, use of power tools and working along excavators. Bring the right attitude and we will train. If you also have… -machine operating exp -pvc pipe installation exp -labor exp -driving of company vehicles exp will be an asset. We are a small drainage business that takes major pride in our work and with customer service. Wages will be set based on job description and job experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn current skills and take on various tasks as needed. Drivers license preferred but not mandatory.
