This position requires you to actively support Recent Product Introduction (NPI) through strategic supplier sourcing and management. Communication and relationship-building are vital as you partner with various departments and suppliers globally, ensuring on-time deliveries and quality materials. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating supply chain complexities and contributing to the companys sustainability vision.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and select suppliers based on comprehensive evaluations • Collaborate with Engineering throughout the product development phase • Analyze BOMs to manage sourcing risks effectively • Negotiate purchasing terms and oversee procurement processes • Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions

Requirements: • 3–5 years in purchasing within a manufacturing environment • Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar • Experience with NPI and technical components • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel
