Project Coordinator with Logistics Focus (Victoria)

This role involves supporting the Senior CMC Project Manager in both logistics and project coordination. You will maintain an inventory of GMP products, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate international shipments. Your ability to adapt quickly will be crucial as you engage with stakeholders and monitor project progress against the budget.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain GMP product inventory at contract manufacturers • Prepare detailed shipping documents for GMP products • Coordinate shipments and resolve customs issues • Assist in project planning and expense tracking • Update project plans and handle administrative tasks

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector • Bachelor’s degree in relevant science area • Knowledge of international shipping required • Experience with project management tools • Strong verbal and written communication skills
