At Collavion, we are hiring driven, competitive people to join our sales team across British Columbia. No sales experience required.

This role is with our client who are pioneers in offering exclusive start-to-finish window and patio door replacement - the most recognized window brand in North America for over 121 years. We strive to find highly qualified consultants to fuel our consistent on-going growth.

We provide paid training, proven systems, and ongoing coaching to help motivated people succeed.

This is a face‑to‑face, field‑based sales role working directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods.

What You’ll Do

Work directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods

Represent a nationally trusted home improvement brand

Start conversations and generate qualified appointments

Use proven sales scripts and training systems

Work outdoors with a competitive, motivated team

Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills

$39,520/yr base pay
