The ideal candidate will support the Director of Real Estate Development by administering documentation and coordinating critical project-related activities. Your attention to detail will be essential in managing financial records and organizing meetings to facilitate smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle invoices, claims, budget tracking, and financial records • Organize project files and manage correspondence • Coordinate and document meetings, including agendas and follow-ups • Provide administrative support for departmental tasks and public initiatives• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements:• High school graduation or an equivalent skill set • Experience in administrative roles supporting multiple initiatives • Two years preferred in real estate, construction, or a related field • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other office software • Strong communication skills and detail orientation
