Sales & Growth Engineer (Victoria)

Technical Sales, Partnerships, Channel Development & Growth Full time or Contract Hybrid, Victoria BC preferred, Calgary AB and SF About the role You will help build the commercial engine for the Energy Router. This is a technical sale. You will run the full sales cycle while also helping build the channel partnerships, installer networks, and growth loops that make distribution scalable. You are coming in early, and you will help write the playbook from scratch. What you'll own - Prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, and close - Channel development with installers, partners, and other distribution actors - GTM feedback loops on pricing, packaging, positioning, and objections - Technical credibility in customer conversations What you'll bring - Experience selling or growing hardware, energy, or infrastructure products - Ability to run a full sales cycle end to end - Enough technical fluency to demo the product and answer hard questions - Familiarity with utility programs, time-of-use rates, rebates, interconnection, or demand response - Strong self-direction and field-building energy Nice to have - Existing relationships in solar, storage, HVAC, utility, or electrification ecosystems - Experience building channel partnerships from scratch - Experience in an early-stage startup environment What success looks like in the first 6 months - You create meaningful pipeline and credible commercial momentum - Partner and installer conversations become more systematic - We have a better sales narrative because of what you learn in the field Compensation Canada: C$80,000 – C$120,000 California: US$110,000 – US$160,000 OTE: C$120,000 – C$200,000+ / US$150,000 – US$230,000+ on-target earnings Meaningful equity tied to performance and milestones - Full health, dental, and vision (full-time) - Real mental health support (full-time) - Strong life and downside protection (full-time) Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2prmfr
