We like having a casual vibe while we take care of business As a Store Manager (Floating), you are responsible for the success of your assigned store. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work with the team to deliver an outstanding experience to achieve sales and productivity goals. Based on the needs of the business, this role will require you to travel or “float” to provide leadership support in a store to cover vacancies as they arise. What you will do in this role (and more)… Grow The Team and Culture - Provide leadership to team members in an assigned store for a set period of time - Support the development of a team rapport of highly engaged and results-driven associates through effective communication - Be an ambassador and role model for a culture of engagement, a champion of change and accountability Grow The Business - Support the achievement of the sales plan for the assigned store - Manage payroll and other store operating expenses to the set plan - Achieve Key Performance Metrics, including, but not limited to: Units per Transaction, Average Transaction Value, Supercrease, Email capture, Ecommerce fulfillment rate - Ensure store is merchandised and maintained as per set standards - Oversee implementation of all store-related initiatives with attention to detail; provide guidance and coaching in support of continuous improvement - Keep meticulous records to support returning/new Store Manager - Communicate with the assigned Regional Manager, on any store-related opportunities or issues in a timely manner Grow Yourself - Flexible and agile adapter - Passionate learner - Build Peer relationships And your qualifications include… - Experience as a Retail Store Manager in a service-related or retail organization - Must be mobile and hold a valid Drivers license and personal transportation - Post-secondary education in a business-related field During the interview process, we may use an AI-powered notetaking tool to assist with capturing and organizing interview discussions.
