Ski Lift Instructor, Centre-du-Québec-Sud (Warwick)

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Under the supervision of the Lift Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, the Ski Lift Instructor is responsible for: Define and analyze training needs; Develop training objectives and plans; Design training content and teaching materials as needed; Lead training sessions;Monitor the learning progress of trained employees; Maintain the training log; Ensure that work procedures and training plans are updated; Supervise the work of employees in training; Support the supervisor in the integration of new employees; Operate the ski lifts during busy periods; Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor and that are necessary for the smooth operation of the company.EQUITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION At Owl’s Head, we believe that the diversity of our community is what makes our workplace truly unique.
