We are currently recruiting a financial controller for a well-established manufacturing company in growth in Centre-du-Québec. Reporting to the financial director, you will play a key role in managing accounting operations, financial analysis, and supervising a small team. Main Responsibilities Take charge of the month-end process (entries, provisions, reconciliations) Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data Participate in the implementation of an ERP Analyze results and explain variances Participate in budget preparation and KPI tracking Supervise and support a small team Collaborate with management to improve processes and tools Participate in audits and year-end closings Manage certain tax obligations (GST/QST, DAS) Desired Profile Bachelor's degree in accounting 2 to 3 years of relevant experience Good mastery of Excel Understanding of the complete accounting cycle Analytical mindset and rigor Autonomy and sense of responsibility Assets Experience in supervision Knowledge of Power Query or Power BI Conditions Permanent, full-time position Flexible hybrid mode 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home Benefits Group insurance RRSP with employer contribution Telemedicine Flexible vacation according to profile Why this position Direct access to financial management First concrete experience in supervision Versatile role with real impact Human and accessible environment Possibility of rapid evolution This position is aimed at someone who wants to move out of a purely executive role to evolve into a more complete, involved, and evolving role.
