Apprentice Mechanic (Warwick)

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Mechanic to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop essential skills in mechanical repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in the automotive or industrial mechanic field. This paid apprenticeship provides valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. Duties - Assist senior mechanics with diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on various equipment and vehicles - Learn to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections - Support the disassembly and reassembly of mechanical components for repair or replacement - Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency - Follow safety protocols and procedures during all tasks - Observe and learn proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques - Document work performed and report findings to supervisors for review Skills - Basic understanding of mechanical systems or related technical coursework is preferred but not required - Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills in mechanics - Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a team environment - Excellent communication skills for effective learning and collaboration - Willingness to work hands-on with tools, equipment, and machinery - Prior experience or certification in automotive or industrial maintenance is a plus but not necessary This apprenticeship position is designed for individuals committed to gaining practical experience while contributing to our team’s success.
