Financial Controller - Manufacturing Sector, Victoriaville

Join a thriving manufacturing company in Centre-du-Québec as a Financial Controller. This hybrid position focuses on financial leadership, team management, and operational excellence within the accounting department.

You will report to the financial director, playing a pivotal role in managing accounting operations while ensuring the integrity of financial data. Your responsibilities will include conducting financial analyses, participating in ERP implementation, and preparing budgets and KPIs. Additionally, you'll supervise a dedicated small team, collaborating with management to optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead month-end accounting processes, ensuring accuracy • Analyze results and variances for strategic decisions • Oversee the implementation of an ERP system • Supervise and mentor a small team of professionals • Participate actively in audits and year-end closings

Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in accounting • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience • Proficient in Excel and understanding of accounting cycles • Strong analytical skills • Familiarity with Power Query or Power BI is advantageous
