Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Mechanic to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the opportunity to develop essential skills in mechanical repair and maintenance. This paid apprenticeship provides valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic setting. Duties Assist senior mechanics with diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on various equipment and vehicles Learn to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Support the disassembly and reassembly of mechanical components for repair or replacement Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols and procedures during all tasks Observe and learn proper use of tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair techniques Document work performed and report findings to supervisors for review Skills Basic understanding of mechanical systems or related technical coursework is preferred but not required Robust desire to learn and develop technical skills in mechanics Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in a team environment Excellent communication skills for effective learning and collaboration Willingness to work hands-on with tools, equipment, and machinery Prior experience or certification in automotive or industrial maintenance is a plus but not necessary This apprenticeship position is designed for individuals committed to gaining practical experience while contributing to our team’s success.
