Join the North Lambton Community Health Centre as a Registered Practical Nurse in a permanent full time capacity. Deliver primary care and support health initiatives at our Forest and Watford locations. This role encompasses 37.5 hours per week, focusing on enhancing patient experiences through effective communication and skilled nursing practice. You will collaborate extensively with a diverse healthcare team, applying your clinical judgment and organizational abilities to ensure optimal health outcomes. Your interpersonal skills will be key in interacting with patients and supporting their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate patient flow and assist during exams - Manage medication administration and health evaluations - Maintain inventory of necessary medical supplies - Collaborate with team members for effective patient care - Update records using computer systems accurately Requirements: - Registered Practical Nurse diploma or equivalent - Good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario - Minimum 3 years experience in community health settings - Skilled in medication management and time management - French proficiency is a plus Become an integral part of our community health family as a Registered Practical Nurse.
