Just As Planned is a boutique wedding + events company seeking an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to support luxury weddings and special events throughout the U.S. and occasionally internationally. This freelance role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, personable, and excited to work behind the scenes creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll work closely with our lead coordinators assisting with event setup, timelines, guest management, travel coordination, vendor support, and day-to-day event operations.We’re looking for someone who: • Thrives in busy social environments • Communicates confidently and professionally • Can stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly • Is detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused • Enjoys travel and working with people • Has flexible availabilityincluding weekends and travel daysPrevious experience in weddings, hospitality, events, customer service, restaurants, retail, production, or assistant/coordinator roles is a plus but not required. This is a paid freelance opportunity beginning at $500/day, with travel and accommodations provided for applicable events.
