We’re growing and looking for a driven Sales Executive to help expand our partnerships and bring impactful stories to life. The Role This is a B2B telesales/video conferencing role, where your primary responsibility will be generating new business through outbound calls, virtual meetings, and online presentations. You’ll spend the majority of your time connecting with decision-makers, pitching advertising solutions, and closing deals remotely. We’re seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is confident selling over the phone and through virtual platforms. You’ll work directly with tourism boards, brands, agencies, charities, and non-profit organizations to develop customized advertising and partnership solutions that align with their goals, while contributing to the growth of a globally recognized media brand. Job Summary No prior experience in the industry is required, we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies to promote our products and services, expanding our client base, and building strong relationships with business partners. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing and sales techniques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position includes a base salary combined with a commission structure, offering unlimited income potential and significant growth opportunities for high-performing candidates. Duties - Conduct high-volume outbound telesales outreach to generate new business opportunities - Lead virtual meetings and presentations with prospective clients - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including B2B sales initiatives. - Develop tailored advertising proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to meet their marketing needs. - Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. - Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling advertising campaigns that align with client objectives. - Present advertising solutions to potential clients via meetings, presentations, or virtual calls. Skills - No prior experience required; training will be provided. We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment. - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. - Familiarity with technology sales and technical sales processes. - Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning. - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client partnerships. - Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable for engaging diverse markets. - Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to business growth.
