Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Help train current kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices in a kitchen environment. Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the food service industry. Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation. Strong communication skills to effectively work as part of a team.
