Group Summary The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML\'s expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.

Job Responsibilities

Salary Range: $21.00-$23.00/per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Basic maintenance of CMM machine (or equivalent)

Assistance to sample submission group in blueprint and coordinate matrix interpretation

Assistance to product engineering, R&D and sample submission group in part layout and special projects

Support of production needs related to part capability and ongoing customer data submission

Oversee all CMM activities within Techform

Aid in the development of new fixture concepts and checking methods via the CMM, roamer and Faro

General Points

Ensure that all environmental requirements are identified and addressed when performing duties

Ensure that all safety requirements are being carried out when performing duties

Comply with defined Business Management and Environmental Management Systems requirements

Provide support for the continuous improvement initiatives within Techform

Provide support in the attainment of Techform\'s operating system goals as outlined by the key graphs

Carry out all duties focusing on the goal of internal and external customer satisfaction

Other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or designate

Qualifications&Skills

Ability to use Key Creator and Microsoft Office software

A thorough knowledge of CMM programming language(s) is an asset

The ability to interpret detailed prints is required

Good written and verbal communication skills are required

Attention to detail is key

An individual in this position must be capable of working with minimum or no supervision
