Materials Procurement Coordinator, Georgian Bay South Shore (Angus)

In this role, you will oversee the conversion of purchase requisitions into orders, maintain supplier performance metrics, and mitigate supply risks. With 3-5 years in procurement, you'll need strong analytical abilities and expertise in ERP systems. Your interactions with cross-functional teams will be key to balancing supply continuity with inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:• Convert purchase requisitions to finalized purchase orders • Ensure pricing, quantity, and specification accuracy • Maintain integrity of ERP data for planning purposes • Collaborate with suppliers to manage delivery timelines • Support audit requirements and compliance measures

Requirements:• 3-5 years’ experience as a Buyer or in procurement • Post-Secondary degree in Logistics or relevant area • Proficient in ERP/MRP software; SAP is an asset • Strong Excel and communication skills • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferable
