Night Auditor (Clearview)

- Review Night Audit and Front Desk Logbooks - Ensure 100% Guest Satisfaction; handle guest concerns with effective follow-up - Run tapes for all postings and balance each department - Close batches for Restaurant, Lounge and Front Desk - Complete the adjustment log, credit card report, paid out log and F & B adjustments - Print accounting & sales reports - Perform GSA functions such as check in and checkout of guests - Problem-solving guests concerns or proactively exceeding guest expectations - Keeping adequate supplies of brochures, maps and tourist information - Providing guests with current information about the Hotel rooms, amenities, services and local attractions Requirements: Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and owners in a professional manner - Excellent communication skills - Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administration skills - Ability to work within and meet deadlines.
