Responsibilities - Utilize hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to complete tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and carpentry work - Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures - Must have a valid license, and be able to get to site - Conduct heavy lifting as required to move materials or equipment safely on-site - Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment - Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Skills - Construction planning, finishing, and woodworking techniques - Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools effectively - Knowledge of carpentry, and general construction practices - Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy lifting - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements - Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing - Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors This position is integral to our construction projects' success and offers opportunities for professional growth within the industry.
