Driver / Equipment Operator (Stayner)

Applicator & Operations Associate - Stayner, ON Our client is looking for an experienced Applicator to join their agricultural operations team. This is a hands-on role that combines field application work with plant and warehouse responsibilities. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Depending on availability and operational needs, the role may be full-time seasonal (April–November) or full-time year-round. -- Responsibilities - Operate fertilizer and crop input application equipment safely and efficiently - Ensure accurate application rates using onboard technology and GPS systems - Conduct daily inspections, calibration, and basic maintenance of equipment - Maintain accurate application records in compliance with regulatory requirements - Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory - Support blending, packaging, and order fulfillment activities - Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently - Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation - Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards -- Qualifications - Valid DZ or AZ driver’s license - Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues - Comfortable working at heights - Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, and seasonal setting - Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety - Ability to work extended hours during peak operational periods - Experience with agricultural equipment or forklift operation an asset -- Benefits - Competitive wages and performance incentives ($25–$30/hour based on experience) - Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with extended hours during peak seasons) - Health and dental benefits for full-time employees - Training and development opportunities within a growing agricultural operation - Opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of plant and field operations Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits: - Dental care - Extended health care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p08xk
