This role emphasizes integrating a harm reduction approach while providing comprehensive service navigation for clients affected by violence or trafficking. You'll lead efforts in safety planning, inter-agency referrals, and ongoing support, ensuring a trauma-informed setting. Your work will foster empowerment and resilience among those you serve.
