CORE Lead for Continuous Improvement at RTX (Midland)

Elevate operational excellence as a CORE Lead at RTX in Midland. Drive process improvement initiatives while collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. RTX is looking for a Continuous Improvement & CORE Lead at the Midland facility. This critical role requires a hands-on leader with strong change-management skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute and implement RTX’s CORE Operating System, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Drive CORE methodologies across the facility for operational excellence - Partner with leaders to identify and implement process improvements - Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement - Use CORE tools to detect inefficiencies and recommend actions - Monitor CORE initiatives and provide updates to leadership Requirements: - Degree in Manufacturing, Operations, or related field - Minimum 3+ years in operations or process improvement roles - Solid knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Effective communication skills for diverse teamwork Lead the transformation towards operational excellence at RTX with your CORE expertise.
