Integrated Communications Manager (Midland)

Position Overview Integrated Communications Manager at Raytheon ELCAN, a global leader in high‑precision optical systems. The role is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication campaigns that support business goals and manage the company’s reputation. This position reports to the Communications Director in a matrixed organization. Responsibilities - Champion strategic relationships with key business stakeholders across the company, including functions and business areas. - Lead the development and execution of unified communications campaign plans to support key business area pursuits and initiatives across international markets for defense. - Develop corporate social responsibility campaign plans to support initiatives with armed forces charities, STEM, and community programmes. - Prepare and align messages across platforms such as LinkedIn, All‑Hands meetings and the company intranet. - Support digital and social media storytelling through the creation of original feature articles, videos, photographs, etc. - Develop key messages, talking points, news releases and site communications. Qualifications (Required) - University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Psychology, Marketing or related discipline. - Minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated experience planning, directing or coordinating comprehensive marketing, public relations or strategic communications efforts within private‑sector organizations. - Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to allocate team resources for maximum impact campaigns. - Ability to work across different time zones and in a matrixed organization. - Thrives on campaign planning and achieving results. - Collaborative, works well across multidisciplinary teams. - Self‑sufficient, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. - Confident communicator who can develop key messages, talking points, speeches and news releases. Preferred Qualifications - Proven media relations experience. - Knowledge of the technology, defense, aerospace or related industry. - Background in communications specialist technology sector, campaigning, media/fundraising/ corporate communications.
