What We’re Looking For We’re growing and seeking a Project Manager to join our Oakville team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys leading projects from concept to completion. What’s the Role Project Responsibilities - Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams - Review drawings, specs, and scope to plan and execute work effectively - Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, change orders, and documentation - Conduct site visits to ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution - Forecast project needs, resolve issues quickly, and provide regular updates - Lead and support site teams with clear communication and direction - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail - Build and maintain solid client relationships Qualifications & Expectations - 5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial experience preferred) - Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (an asset) - Strong understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and industry standards - Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jonas) - Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make informed decisions quickly - Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills - Commitment to safety, quality control, and delivering excellent client service - Ability to work on-site in Oakville and travel to project sites as needed What’s in It for You - Competitive salary - RRSP contribution matching program - Health and dental benefits plan - Opportunities for career growth and professional development - Supportive team culture with experienced construction professionals - Exposure to diverse and challenging projects across Canada Vision and Values Our vision is to be Canada's preferred partner for superior service and project delivery.
