Seasonal Reception Resort Attendant at Wasaga CountryLife Cottage and RV Resort, 75 Theme Park Drive, Wasaga Beach, ON, L9Z 1X7. Compensation

Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour. Schedule

Shifts: 9:00am– 5:00pm or 12:00pm – 8:00pm. Job Duration: April1 - November15,2026. Weekend work required; flexible to work various day and evening shifts and potentially full‑time hours based on business needs. Responsibilities

Greet guests and check‑in guests including processing payments. Process reservations over the phone, online and in person. Create emails, letters, newsletters, posters and other documents using templates. Handle all outgoing and incoming telephone calls and emails. Conduct daily site inspections and investigate discrepancies.Qualifications

1–2years of related customer service experience. Prior knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry or campgrounds is an asset. Reliable transportation required. Skills&Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent time management, multitasking, organizational skills. Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and independent judgement. Discretion and sound reasoning. Application&Selection
