As a Biomass Technology Manager, you will oversee key initiatives for GRINDZ's biomass processing and smoking technologies. Focus on flavor infusion processes and enhance pre-roll performance through rigorous technical execution. Ensure the successful tech transfer from R&D to Operations and support pilot trials and documentation efforts for efficiency and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:• Own technical delivery for biomass processing initiatives • Optimize flavor delivery systems for milled and pre-roll biomass • Develop biomass optimization approaches for improved yield • Lead stability and shelf-life work for milled infused products • Document parameters and outcomes of pilot and line trials
