Babysitter wanted for childcare in Midland

We are an active family of 4, with two handsome schnauzers in our crew. My kids love to explore, hike, swim, bike and more - outdoors is what they prefer. But they are also creative indoor kids too! I am looking to have in home care for my 2-3 kids so that I can be able to work out of the house as needed. Im looking for someone who too loves being outdoors and since we live walking distance to so many things we have a outstanding location to explore. My oldest is only home for the summer and will be in school by September. So it will only be for 2 kids by that point. Hoping to find the right fit for our family and our familys needs.
