Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional member service. Process transactions accurately, efficiently, and confidentially. Maintain a neat, clean, secure, and well‑organized service area. Provide members and patrons with clear, informed guidance about YMCA programs, using probing questions to understand their needs.Promote a sense of belonging and encourage participation in YMCA activities. Report safety or service deficiencies to the Manager on Duty in a timely manner. Adhere to all provincial and federal legislation relevant to the role. Qualifications

Proven customer‑service experience. Computer literate with strong oral communication skills. Adult Engagement&IC Level #1 certification. Emergency training and current CPR/First Aid certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Willingness to complete mandatory training: AODA, Health&Safety, Bill 168 (Violence&Harassment), PCI Compliance, WHMIS, and Child Safeguarding. Police Records Check and employment reference checks required. Benefits&Compensation
