We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure all company standards and operational goals are met.
Kitchen Manager Location: 7377 ON-26, Stayner, ON L0M 1S0
Work location: On site
Salary: $59,904 annually / 30.00 to 40.00 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Shifts: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Shift, Weekend, To be determined
Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work setting: Rural area
Responsibilities
Analyze budget and control kitchen and food costs to maintain profitability
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily kitchen and food service operations
Monitor and evaluate staff performance and kitchen efficiency
Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen and food service staff
Set staff work schedules and manage labour costs
Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance with Tim Hortons standards
Organize and maintain inventory, order supplies, and control waste
Ensure health and safety and food safety regulations are strictly followed
Participate in operational planning and implementation of procedures
Address customer complaints or concerns related to food and service
Provide leadership and direction to kitchen staff in a high-volume environment
Support overall restaurant operations in coordination with management

Credentials Food service manager certification, Food handle certificate, Driver’s License
Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Electronic cash register, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
