We are proud to welcome passionate and committed individuals to our team, and we are currently looking for a talented candidate to fill the following position : SALES SPECIALIST Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in the smooth running of daily operations. Passionate about customer service, you actively support the team to achieve goals while ensuring compliance with visual and operational standards. In the absence of management, you take on some supervisory responsibilities to maintain a positive atmosphere and smooth store operations. WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY - Greet every customer courteously and provide a warm, qualified experience. - Advise customers on products, share relevant recommendations, and guide their purchases. - Keep sales areas clean, attractive, and compliant with the company’s visual standards. - Open and close the store according to procedures. - Support floor management in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. - Participate in merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation according to standards. - Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1 to 2 years of retail or customer service experience, including a minimum level of supervisor experience. - Autonomy, solid organizational skills, and attention to detail in task execution. - Excellent communication skills and conflict management abilities. - Positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment. YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS - Permanent part-time position - Flexible schedule based on store needs, including day and/or evening shifts - Weekend availability required - Standing for extended periods and handling merchandise - Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs - Frequent physical activity: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or step stools during merchandising and customer service tasks - Possible peak periods during sales, holidays, or seasonal transitions - Supportive and collaborative work environment Eager to make a difference?
