Job Description We are looking for a Delphi Developer responsible for developing and maintaining our desktop software for our environmental solutions. As a member of the Lakes team, you will be helping contribute to the architecture of the application and evolving it to ensure maximum performance and stability. Experience:– Minimum: 4 years or a master's degree in Computer Science– Required: Software Development – 4 years Requirements:– Completion of a university degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering– Solid working knowledge of programming languages: Delphi, Database, ADO, Delphi-XE6.– Good understanding of Object Oriented Design and Analysis.– Strong problem solving and analytical skills.– Ability to work in a team environment and perform under time constraints.– Excellent communication skills.– Willingness and ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
