Job Description As a Technical Sales Coop as part of Perception team at , you will gain exposure to advanced robotics systems and learn how to communicate complex technical concepts in accessible terms for a broad range of customers across industries. Your day-to-day work will involve interacting with customers, learning our product portfolio, supporting the sales cycle, and helping ensure our customers have the information and experience they need to be successful. You will collaborate closely with experienced technical sales professionals who will mentor you in communicating clearly, building strong customer relationships, and helping customers choose the solutions that best meet their goals. You will work hybrid, and you will be expected to be in the Waterloo office at least twice per week. Primary Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, phone, and online channels Assist with customer correspondence, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups Support the processing of customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability Learn to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex challenges to senior team members when necessary Assist in maintaining and updating customer records in the internal databases Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and marketing to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information. Participate in broader sales operations projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed The Essentials - You Will Have: Must be pursuing a bachelor''s or advanced degree from an accredited college or university Legal authorization to work in Canada is required .
