Medical Office Administrator/ Project & Operations Coordinator We are urgently seeking a highly organized and proactive Medical Office Administrator/Project & Operations Coordinator to join our healthcare team on a full or part-time basis. This role is essential in managing daily office operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, healthcare industry experience, and the ability to oversee various operational tasks within a busy medical workplace. Experience with dental and medical office systems, along with supervisory capabilities, will be highly valued to support our growing practice. Duties - Manage patient scheduling, billing, and electronic medical records using Dentrix and other healthcare software platforms - Oversee human resources functions including staff scheduling, onboarding, and compliance documentation - Supervise administrative staff and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care - Assist with budgeting, supply procurement, and inventory management for the clinic - Maintain accurate medical terminology documentation and ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations - Support hospital or acute care settings by coordinating patient flow and administrative processes - Collaborate with healthcare providers to streamline workflows and improve operational procedures - Handle project management tasks related to clinic expansion, technology upgrades, or process improvements Experience - Prior experience in a dental or medical office environment is highly preferred - Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience within healthcare settings - Proficiency in Dentrix or similar electronic medical records systems - Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital or acute care operations - Background in human resources management within a healthcare organization - Experience with budgeting, supply chain management, and healthcare compliance standards - Familiarity with nursing or clinical support roles is a plus but not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment - This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to healthcare operations while developing your leadership skills within a dynamic medical practice.
