We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive local marketing efforts, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience: Maintain a visible floor presence during adaptable shifts (including evenings and weekends) to engage with guests and guarantee satisfaction. Inventory & Operations: Oversee stock levels, track usage, and manage supply chain logistics to minimize waste. Marketing: Drive local marketing initiatives and promotions to boost foot traffic and brand awareness. Supply Runs: Conduct quick runs to local cash-and-carry stores for fresh produce and urgent groceries. Requirements Prior experience in restaurant management. Proven expertise in inventory control, customer management, and marketing strategy. Must own a reliable vehicle for business-related grocery runs (mileage will be fully reimbursed).
