You will apply your expertise in equity research, sector analysis, financial modelling, and investment thesis development to evaluate and train AI systems. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like - Evaluate LLM models on research topics such as equity valuation, sector analysis, earnings estimate modelling, and investment thesis formulation. - Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like DCF modelling, comparable company analysis, industry research, and initiating coverage reports. - Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in Equity Research, Credit Research, or Sell-Side/Buy-Side Research. - Robust grasp of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, sector dynamics, and investment recommendation frameworks. - Excellent English written communication.
