Manulife is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst in Waterloo, Ontario, to enhance our Core Banking Platform. Offer your expertise in deposits, mortgages, and fraud analysis and help shape banking solutions.
In this strategic role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into effective solutions. You'll be pivotal in managing change and ensuring compliance while enhancing user experience across our platforms. Key Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary analyst for Core Banking processes • Translate business needs into Epics and Features • Develop system maps for operational clarity • Lead requirements and design review sessions • Support product and user acceptance testing efforts
Requirements:• 5-7 years of experience in core banking systems • Demonstrated expertise in systems analysis • Strong understanding of Agile delivery • Excellent collaboration and communication skills • Knowledge of user testing techniques
